TYPE OF FACILITY : 25 meters long, 6 lanes competition pool, Score board and electronic start & timing system, Colorado touch Pads.  

ENTRY DEADLINE : Mon, December 8th 2025 – 6 PM

EVENT LIST : Sprint meet 50m, 100m and 200 Individual Medley all strokes + relays

INDIVIDUAL ENTRY LIMIT :

    • For swimmers aged 7 to 18 years old, 4 events maximum.

    • Maximum 3 individual events (50m or 100m) with RQT minimum.

    • Additional event should be the 200 IM for swimmers aged 11y & over and 100 IM for swimmers aged 10y and below.

ENTRY FEES: Individual Events: SAR 15.00, Relay Teams: SAR 40.00 (Only 1 relay per team per each age group)

The fees are payable to RSL treasurer before the start of the competition.

MEET RULES: USA 2025 Swimming Rules.

ENTRIES:  entries will be submitted thru a portal, the link will be shared.

Both Hy Tek Zip files and pdf report with proof of times to be uploaded through the site which will be shared prior to the date. 

ELIGIBILITY: Age cut-off is December 12th, 2025 (first day of the meet).

This meet is open to all RSL swimmers registered and training with RSL teams (attending at least 80% of training sessions with the team they are affiliated to) and having achieved minimum RQT times in RSL sanctioned meets post December 15th, 2024 (after Citywide Fall 2024), the swimmer should have attended 2 RSL meets at least in the season.

Only times recorded in RSL sanctioned meets are considered.

QUALIFYING TIMES:  RQT – 2015-2028 qualification time standard

RELAYS: The relays have to be submitted along with the individual entries, any revision to relays can be done ONLY if an entered swimmer is to be replaced for No Show or injury. (other than this case, no modification is accepted).

PROOF OF AGE: The proof of age can be requested, Team manager should have the document / Id that can be used to proof the age of the swimmer. Any swimmer entered with an incorrect date of birth will be immediately disqualified and a fine of 1000 SAR will be applied to the team.

REQUEST OF EVENT REVIEW / TIME CHECK: Coaches requesting for a verification of time of any swimmer must do so by completing a Request For Event Review at the Coach Zone and present it to IT officer. Coaches and swimmers are not allowed to be at the computer booth.

SSF LICENSE BADGE: Swimmers are requested to present their SSF badges to enter the call room.

AWARDS: Individual awards: Medals – 1st through 3rd Place for each event / age group / gender.

SCORING: Points: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 point for 1st place through 8th place.

Trophies will be awarded to the top 5 high point scorers for each age group / sex.

-In case of ties, the swimmer with the least number of individual events wins,

-If a tie still exists, then the swimmer with the best record in head to head competition will be selected.

-If a tie still exists, then the swimmer who has better time in the IM event will be the winner.

GUEST LISTS :  to be submitted on dec 8th (with ONLY the participants, the parents and coaches)

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS : All swimmers need to sign the assumption of risks along with the guardian signature. No swimmer will be allowed to participate without the document signed and submitted to meet director. (ASSUMPTION OF RISK CITYWIDES2025)
